  Technical Process

  The process mainly includes crushing(generally use two stages of crushing), grinding, classifying, package, magnetic separation, transportation, lifting etc. In conjunction with several classifiers in parallel or series, several different products can be obtained at the same time.

Working principle of Calcium Carbonate Ball Crusher

  Calcium Carbonate Ball Crusher has a rotating cylinder, which contains many grinding balls. There are many types of grinding balls in specifications and materials, and grinding balls can be selected according to the grinding materials. When the ball mill works, the grinding ball is attached to the inner wall of the ball mill cylinder by centrifugal force and rotates with the cylinder, and is brought to a certain height to fall freely. When falling, the grinding ball will crush the materials in the cylinder, the material is crushed by the grinding effect of the grinding ball and the inner wall of the ball mill.

  Ball mill should be installed on solid concrete foundation. For the basic design and construction of ball mill, please refer to the General Assembly drawing and basic drawing of ball mill. In order to ensure that the position accuracy of each part of the ball mill does not change greatly during use, the foundation of the ball mill should adopt a monolithic structure.

  After the compressive strength of concrete foundation reaches more than 75%, ball mill can be installed on it. Before installation, the quality of the foundation shall be inspected, and the concrete shall have no defects affecting the strength, the quantity and position of prepared hole shall meet the requirements, and there shall be no sundries, water accumulation and oil pollution within prepared hole. When the "ground method" is used for installation, the "central marking board" shall be embedded on the surface of the Foundation ". Draw all center lines on the basis before installation and make eye-catching punch marks on the "center marking board" as the center line reference during installation. Before hoisting, the parts of ball mill should be fully checked and accepted, and problems found should be dealt with in a timely manner.
