Technical Process
The process mainly includes crushing(generally use two stages of crushing), grinding, classifying, package, magnetic separation, transportation, lifting etc. In conjunction with several classifiers in parallel or series, several different products can be obtained at the same time.
Ball Mill
Special design to ball mill which will be selected on the basis of material’s hardness, grindability index, final particle size and capacity. The shape of the lining and the ball (segment) are tailored according to years of engineering practice experience to maximize the grinding efficiency of the ball mill and reduce the energy consumption.
Classifier
Different models of Classifier could be selected depending on different fineness of products. FW series Classifier are suitable for classifying of D97:3~20μm products, FL series for classifying of D97: 8~45μm products. Wide range of adjustment is available with each Classifier and the application is extensive in market.
Flexible control of product particle size

Automatic Control
The electric control system employs programmed control for the entire process from feeding, classifying and grinding to packing.
The material is hollow shaft loaded into the cylinder by the feed end of the quartz ball mill. When the cylinder rotates, the grinding body is taken away by the cylinder lining plate near it due to inertia, centrifugal force and friction force, when it is brought to a certain height, it is thrown down due to its own gravity, and the falling grinding body breaks the material in the cylinder like a projectile. The quartz material enters the first warehouse of the mill evenly through the feeding device through the hollow shaft of the feeding device. There Are ladder lining plates or corrugated lining plates in the warehouse, and steel balls of different specifications are installed inside, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder brings the steel ball to a certain height and then falls down, causing heavy hitting and grinding effects on the material. After the material reaches rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through a single-layer partition board. The warehouse is inlaid with flat lining board and steel balls inside, and the material is further ground.
1. Foundation acceptance: prepare for the installation of quartz ball mill and carefully inspect the foundation.
2. Pre-embedding of standard plate and basic marking work: measure the size for the assembly of quartz ball mill.
3. Check the equipment out of the warehouse: in addition to the usual inspection of the quartz ball mill, it is also necessary to check the contact between the bearing bush of the sliding shoe and the sliding ring of the mill barrel.
4. Install Slipper bearing: first install the base of quartz ball mill, and then tighten the anchor bolts.
5. Assembly and debugging: after installing the sliding shoe bearing, the other components are assembled, and a lot of debugging work must be carried out on the quartz ball mill before the grinding operation can be carried out.
