However, since the material is operational as the roller is not stopped, this is very difficult to give the material detection. A plant introduces a ball mill for anode carbon production, and sets two types of differential pressure and sound types. The former is the contact measuring device, which is simple, suitable for processing non-viscous material re-spherical mill; the latter is a non-contact measuring device, which has reliable, no mechanical Damage, not being limited by the properties of the crushed material and can be offline maintenance.
Differential pressure and audio level measurement devices have advantages. When the material surface is lower, in order to measure the differential pressure, the tube must be inserted deeply. At this time, the conductive tube is constantly hit on the steel ball, it is easy to damage, so the low level, differential pressure The method is subject to constraint. In addition, its control zoning is also limited by the height difference of the two conductors, which is related to the bulging capacity of the ball mill. When the audio method is low, the sound intensity is large, and the material surface is slightly changed, and the change in sound intensity is also large.
Therefore, the sound type detection is better when the material surface is low. However, when the surface of the material is high, the sound intensity changes reflected in the surface change is not very obvious, and the detection effect is not satisfactory. Two material detection control methods are installed on the ball mill, and one of the other is used as a common manner according to the operation results.
According to our debugging situation, within the normal level range, the sound type detection control is better, so the differential pressure is used as a standby. After more than ten years of actual operation, the audio level detection control system is basically normal, the maintenance amount is small, the failure rate is low, and the effect is good.
